This Community River Mural was completed over the first 4 days of October 2009. Nearly 200 volunteers came out to help us transform an eyesore into a work of art by creating our largest mural yet, over 1,748 square feet!
"River Life" is located at the corner of Camino de la Reina and Qualcomm Way. It was designed and directed by Lori Escalera.
Completed in April of 2009, this project is located at Mission Center Road and Hazard Center Drive in Mission Valley and was designed and directed by artist Andrea Arroyo.
More than 100 artists signed up to help paint this community mural which is titled "Our River."
"On The River Trail"
Completed in August of 2008 this mural is located along the river trail on the south side of the river between Pacific Highway and the Mission Valley Preserve.

The San Diego River Park Foundation is always looking for ways to reconnect people with the River. Our San Diego River Murals are a way for us to raise awareness about our beautiful namesake river through art.
The Mural Projects are sponsored by our Corporate Partners. Thank you!
Occasionally our murals get damaged by graffiti. If you would like to volunteer for our graffiti response team, please contact Richard at the River Park Foundation office. Thanks!
