RiverBlitz
Twice a year we survey the River for trash, invasive plants, and other issues.
You are invited to join us! Next Blitz is in April 2013. Contact us to get involved!

 

How it Works 1) Teams are assigned to sections of the River which will take 2 -3 hours to survey. They are joined by a trained leader, so no experience is necessary. 2) Surveys record non-native plants, trash, and park problems. 3) Data is compiled into a State of the River Report which is available to the public. 4) The Report guides future Clean and Green events, projects and other actions. 5) Surveys take place in October and April.
