Help Shape the Central Garden at Grant Park!

The central area of Grant Park, our new nature education center and eco-park, is about to be transformed into a beautiful community garden, and we want your ideas to help bring it to life!

Join the San Diego River Park Foundation’s Mission Valley Garden Club and renowned native landscape designers Greg Rubin of California’s Own Native Landscape Design, Inc., and Lisa Bellora of Ornamental Gardens by Lisa, for an inspiring community planning meeting. Come share your vision for the Central Garden, learn from two of Southern California’s leading native landscape experts, and help shape a vibrant new gathering space in the heart of our city.

The Central Garden will become a welcoming destination for the community—providing hands-on nature learning opportunities for youth in our education programs, supporting pollinators and local wildlife with beautiful native plants, and creating a peaceful green space for Mission Valley residents and surrounding communities.
