Report a Possible Pollution or Water Waste Concern
Help Protect the San Diego River by Stopping Problems Quickly!
In recent decades, we know that the health of the San Diego River has been adversely affected by polluted water, sewer spills, leaks and other issues, and we need your help in being an early alert system for problems!
To report trash, please reach out to our Clean River Program manager by email at trashteam@sandiegoriver.org, or by calling (619) 297-7380.
If you observe possible pollution or water being wasted, you should report it directly to the relevant municipality, using one of the options below. We encourage you to also share with us, so that we can follow up and help elevate serious issues. Please click the button below to report the issue to our Water Quality Team directly:
